Streams the recording of the latest attempt that has one (has_recording: true on the call): the voice-AI
recording for AI calls, the telephony recording for every other answered call (human calls, voice broadcasts
and reachability checks: the whole call, both sides, from the answer). It is ready about a minute after the
call ends; an unanswered call has none (404). Supports Range for
seeking (206 Partial Content). The Content-Type is the one of the stored file (usually audio/wav or
audio/mpeg). A Range the file cannot satisfy is answered
with the storage service’s status (usually 416).
