Phone numbers

Indian numbers only. 98765 43210, 098765-43210, 919876543210 and +919876543210 all become +919876543210. from must be one of your numbers (GET /v1/numbers); each call gets a free number when it dials.

Calling hours and caps

  • AI calls: the agent’s calling window; outside it the call is scheduled.
  • Human calls, reachability checks, missed calls and pre-recorded campaign calls: your human calling hours (default 08:00–19:00).
  • Daily cap per customer number (default 3) across all call types: 429 daily_cap_reached.

Pagination

Lists return { "data": [...], "next_cursor": "..." }, newest first. Pass next_cursor as cursor; null on the last page.

New response fields and enum values can appear: ignore what you don’t know. Request bodies are strict: unknown fields are 422.
