Get an API key

Ask your Mergen contact. Keys look like vg_live_ + 32 hex characters and are shown once.

Place a call

Answer: 202 with the call (status: "queued"). Your agents and their variables: GET /v1/agents.

Read the result

Receive the call.ended and call.analyzed webhooks, or poll:

Then GET /v1/calls/{id}/transcript and GET /v1/calls/{id}/recording.
