Add more any time: POST /v1/dialer/lists/{id}/contacts. Remove: DELETE /v1/dialer/contacts/{id}.

Agents work the list (browser)

An agent signed in with a web session picks the list in the browser phone; the SDK fetches the next customer, dials, and saves the disposition.

Not reached: offered again after retry_after_min until max_attempts (then exhausted).
A callback disposition returns the customer to the same agent at the booked time.
Webhooks: dialer.contact_updated on every change; the calls’ webhooks carry metadata.dialer_contact_id and dialer_list_id.
